Howard Stern got his Palm Pre demo and picked the BlackBerry Bold instead.
As noted last week, Palm worked the word of mouth marketing for the Pre and received a lot of air time from Stern. That word of mouth turned into a commercial for RIM, however.
Stern said that the Pre was a fine phone (it’s unclear whether he actually held it), but said its inability to connect to Lotus Notes was a deal breaker.
Now he’s yapping about the Blackberry Bold non-stop. The word of mouth bounces RIM’s way—again.
